• The APQC conference rate is sold out at the Westin Houston, Memorial City. Reservations at the published, public rate may be available. 
• For hotel reservations made in the APQC group rate, cancellation a minimum of 72 hours prior to arrival is required to receive a full refund. Please contact the hotel directly using the information in your hotel reservation confirmation.
• The Marriott Courtyard Houston, I-10 West/Memorial is about 1.5 miles from the Westin and may have availability. 
• There are restaurants in and near the Westin and Memorial City Mall is in close walking proximity.

Traveling to the Westin Houston, Memorial City

• Visit your airline’s website to stay informed of their travel protocols.
• Houston is serviced by two airports. Consider big city traffic, construction dependencies and airport screening protocols to allow adequate time for your arrival and departure.

Parking

• The Westin Houston, Memorial City currently has self-parking for registered hotel guests. The APQC daily parking rate is $10.00 US/per day. The overnight rate for hotel guests is $10.00 overnight, per night and consult the hotel upon checking.
• Valet parking service is currently available. Please contact the hotel prior to your arrival to determine accommodations for valet service.
